Return and refund policy

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

You have the right to cancel your order or any item purchased online from Sheen Kashmir, If you have not yet received your order, please contact customerservice@sheenkashmir.com  as soon as possible to arrange a cancellation before the order is dispatched for a full refund.

 

All order cancellations must be made in writing to customerservice@sheenkashmir.com or through the online refund form, quoting your order reference number, within 8 hours of placing an order. If your order has been already been processed and dispatched to you, it will be necessary for you to return the goods and initiate a refund using the refund form or through email to customerservice@sheenkashmir.com so we can process your refund. We will issue a full refund for items purchased online that are returned exclude shipping costs. The cost of return and care of the package are your responsibility until it reaches us.

Situation of above refund policy.

The wrong product was sent by the merchant. The product is defective. The product was damaged in shipping. The item was not delivered on the agreed time.

 

EXCHANGE / STORE CREDIT / REFUND

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You will need to ship the item back to us to the below address. Please include your original purchase receipt along with the shipping for us to identify the buyer.

On receiving the item, our team will inspect the product and if found to be in unused condition and with tags and in its original packaging, the refund/Exchange will be issued. Used items will not refunded or exchanged. Please note the shipping cost will not be refunded.

If the date on your credit card has expired or for any reason the original card has been cancelled, please Note It is not possible to refund to a different card. the refund to the old card number will credit, the funds will transfer to the correct account, though it may take longer than normal. If your Bank have been issued a new card as a replacement for the old card (but still linked to the same account).

 

All returns are processed in order of arrival. Once received, a return may take up to 7 working days to be processed or more during busy and sale periods.

If you have not heard from our returns team within 10 working days of your parcel being delivered, please contact customerservice@sheenkashmir.com

Customers will receive an email notification once their return has been processed (please check your Spam/Junk folder for this automated message). Kindly note, once a refund has been completed by Sheen Kashmir, the time frame it can take to appear in your bank account will depend on your bank’s policy. As a general guideline, funds may take up to 10-14 days to appear in your account once a refund has been issued.

Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Any item(s) returned with damage caused by the customer (from personal use, wear or insufficient packaging when returning the item(s)) shall be returned to the customer at the expense of the customer for shipping it back.

 

Damaged Goods

All products at Sheen Kashmir have been inspected for damages but however in the unlikely event of receiving a damaged product, please contact customerservice@sheenkashmir.com . Our team will guide you on next steps.

 

Terms and Conditions (T&C)

Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Qatar.

We accept Visa/Mastercard and Cash on Delivery for order placement. All orders will be placed in QAR.

The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.

User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.

The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore the Customers’ are encouraged to frequently visit these sections in order to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.

 

Privacy Policy

Credit/Debit cards’ details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.

If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection. We don’t store any card information in the website. We don’t pass any debit/card details to third parties.
